Perlina jewelry may be returned for a refund up to 10 days after an item is purchased and an email receipt is received. Items after 10 days of purchase can be returned for store credit OR exchanged for a different size up to 30 days after an item is purchased and an email receipt is received. The item must be returned to Perlina in its original condition. Once the item is approved for return, store credit will be emailed via electronic gift card. Please note that Gift Cards themselves are not available for return. Custom pieces are not returnable.

Perlina will repair any broken jewelry within 60 days of receiving the product. After 60 days, there will be a minimum charge of $15 for repairs per piece of jewelry. Perlina is not responsible for improper care or maintenance of the jewelry. If a product is damaged during the shipping process, please email admin@perlinadesigns..com with a picture and description of the damage.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs regarding any returns, repairs or exchanges. Repairs depend on the state of the jewelry, not all jewelry is repairable.
