effective jan 1, 2025 - ONLINE ORDERS may be returned for a refund up to 10 days after an item is received. after 10 days, Items can be returned for store credit for up to 30 days after an item is received. IN-STORE PURCHASES MAY BE RETURNED for store credit only UP TO 15 days after purchase.
all items must be returned to Perlina unworn and in their original condition. Once the item is approved for return, either a refund will be returned to the original payment method or store credit will be emailed via electronic gift card. Please note that Gift Cards themselves are not available for return. all Custom orders/pieces are not returnable.
Perlina will repair any broken jewelry within 60 days of receiving the product at no additional cost. After 60 days, there will be a minimum charge of $15 for repairs per piece of jewelry based on the repair. Perlina is not responsible for improper care or maintenance of the jewelry. If a product is damaged during the shipping process, please email admin@perlinadesigns..com with a picture and description of the damage within 3 days of receiving product.
*Customer is responsible for all shipping costs regarding any returns, repairs or exchanges. Repairs depend on the state of the jewelry, not all jewelry is repairable.
